Nitrox is in fact only enriched air in oxygen. When we use that kind of mixing where we replace nitrogen by oxygen, we use less nitrogen during the diving than if we breathe normal air. It considerably increases time limit of non-decompression. These time limits will be more or less long according to the used mixing. The most current mixing contain 32% and 36%. Normal air contains 21% of oxygen.
